We at Karyae, are a detail-oriented, deadline driven, creative team of Architects and Interior Designers giving comprehensive design services in the field of Architecture, Interiors, Masterplanning and Interior Styling. We work to craft quality spaces.
With Industry experience at renowned firms, we have the knowledge and expertise to craft spaces where imagination meets precision, be it Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, including Retail, Office or Institutions.
Our design approach is more utilitarian; be it architecture or interiors, each space is guided by the purpose it is created for.
Having worked with encouraging clientele, we are in a constant endeavor to grow and sculpt environments that inspire the soul.

Priya holds a degree in Architecture from Bangalore University and an industry experience of nearly 2 decades. She has strong visual awareness and eye for detail that has helped in leading hospitality and large-scale housing projects while she was a part of Siraj & Renu Architects as the Branch Head in Chennai. She began her own practice in the year 2014, as Partner/Principal Architect at Kapriarch Design Studio (Chennai & Bangalore).
In 2021 she formed Karyae Design Studio LLP with Jumi Gogoi to expand the practice and venture into allied areas of Architecture and Interior Design.
While her main strength is in Architectural Design and planning, she and the team have a good sensibility for Interior design for Hospitality and Residential Interiors and styling.
Jumi Gogoi
ARCHITECT / CO-FOUNDER
Jumi is an Architect with extensive experience in large-scale housing projects. With nearly 2 decades of experience in Residential and Hospitality Architecture, she has a keen eye for façade designs and master planning.
Born and brought up in Assam, Jumi came to Karnataka to study Architecture and subsequently made Bangalore her home.
She and Priya joined hands to formalize what was a great friendship into a shared practice in 2021.
She has spearheaded projects ranging from resorts, group housing, hotels and large scale residential apartments in South India during her tenure at Siraj & Renu Architects, Bangalore.
Her wanderlust adds to her design strength and repertoire.

Kavitha
ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT & INTERIOR DESIGNER
CHENNAI
Kavitha holds a degree in Architecture and has over a decade of experience. She brings creative sensibilities to spaces with her skill in Interior Design and Styling. Having interest in working with innovative materials and concepts, she has made impact in transforming the spaces into aesthetic treat to the end users. She holds keen interest in Residential and Hospitality interiors, and has worked on varied mixed bag of projects in Retail, Health care and others.
Born and brought up in Bangalore, she now lives in Chennai and leads the Chennai team.
Pooja
ASSOCIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER
BANGALORE
Pooja has about a decade of experience in various scale of projects such as Architecture and Interiors of Star Hotels and Luxury condos and standalone restaurants. While she holds a keen interest in Hospitality interiors, she is now leading projects on both Architecture and Interior design fronts.
Her detailing skills add strength to the team and make the process easy yet progressive.
